Definitely value for money considering the location and amenities

The rooms are very spacious.

It's a good potential however when we arrived it took a while for the front desk to service us, considering there was only one other group ahead of us. No doorman was available to help us with the doors and our luggage. Whats worse, the front staff provided a room key to the guest ahead that already is occupied so they entered the room of another group. When we got in the room, there were no towels and our request for extra bed took almost an hour, like our towels. It was 11pm at night so it didn't seem like a busy hour. Again, it's a good potential because the location and amenities are good. It's just the service felt like there were not enough to handle all concerns. Though the staff were very apologetic and helpful.
