room was good and spacious
room was not ready before check inn
we had checked in very late and had already informed the hotel manager about it
but the bedsheets were unclean and dirty with all hair strands and stains on it which clearly shown it wasn’t changed from the previous use which wasn’t acceptable at all.
we had to get it changed
also we ordered our dinner -Dal khichdi at around 10pm and it arrived at our room around 12am almost 2hrs later

Yes the room and the staff’s their friendliness was superb , Mr Sachin and their entire staffs including from HK To admin were very prompt to help and caring . Njoyed my stay and surely I Would come back again , just a issue is the OLA guys becomes confused with tbe location and need to explain them for tbe exact location kindly make that thing accurate for customer to find it easy when they come down .
I liked everything hits excluding the OLA thing for location
