Appartement très très bien situé, à proximité immédiate des commerces, restaurants et transports.
Tout peut se faire à pied, ce qui est vraiment appréciable.
Appartement un peu vieillot et manquant d’entretien. Les photos ne correspondent pas à l’annonce, ce qui est décevant.
De plus, il était indiqué deux canapés-lits alors qu’il n’y en avait qu’un seul.

L’emplacement est ideal pour sortir et se déplacer. Le quartier est très sympa. Espace super pour 3 ou 4 personnes. Prestation ménage au top, merci beaucoup.
Machine à laver très bruyante et pas de machine à café disponible. Pas d’égouttoir sur le lave-vaisselle. L’appartement est bruyant dans l’ensemble en raison de l’emplacement.

Spotlessly clean. Good value for money for this location.
Room cleaned and linen changed mid stay.
Road noise took a little getting used to, however did not spoil our stay.

We loved the location. It was really convenient, with plenty of restaurants and shops nearby, as well as the marina. It was also easy to get around from there. The pool was a great bonus, and we really appreciated how helpful and accommodating the owner was, especially for allowing us to check in earlier.
Unfortunately, the cleanliness was very disappointing. The rugs and sofas were extremely dirty, and there were several areas of the house with visible damp and humidity. Two of the bedspreads were stained and had a very strong smell of urine, which meant my children had to sleep without proper covers, on a sofa bed that was also very dirty.
The bathroom near the entrance also had a blocked sink, and we had to ask the building staff for help.
The house also didn’t seem properly equipped for four people, as there were not enough dishes, cutlery or bed linen for everyone.
