Met by George on arrival, who was a great host. He showed us round and made sure we had everything we needed.
The accommodation was clean, well appointed and excellently situated very close to Oxford Street and other attractions.
Some steps and narrow doors, so probably wouldn't be great for physical accessibility needs but I couldn't fault the apartment or the host for my own needs.

George let us leave our suitcases in the building waaay before our check-in time and was generally friendly, easy to reach, and helpful.
The apartment itself was neat, tidy, had everything we needed, and you can't even hear any traffic despite being in the centre of London!
We have nothing to complain about!

Fantastic safe location , with lots of bars restaurants minutes walk. Great host “George”who is very communicative and there for any questions. We booked a studio this time and was great ! 1 apartment is great too. Second time staying here and will definitely return.
Perhaps a bit noisy early in the mornings with noise from water pipes and people above. Plus the storage press was right beside us so a lot of comings and going right next to studio door. It’s ok tho as we had ear plugs and to be expected from vicinity of studio.
