Is this "I'll give you back the change later" business the norm here?

Location.

I don't like the fact that the "cleaner" never showed up as promised to pay me back the change she owed me. Not so much the money or the amount but the waiting time and the principle. You're supposed to pay what you owe. I would have liked to give that money as a tip or a reward anyway but my trust is broken and my time was affected.

3 / 10

No gas, no frying pan, no sharp knife, impossible to cook. Only microwave

Many shops in neigbourhood

Had to pay before I got the keys. After getting in it was clear the place wasn't good.

7 / 10

The facility is well secured , the guards were helpful and the room was clean

The location was good however there was some noise of drunkards outside and some high volume musical instruments from other rooms which disturbed for some late hours

That noise from other rooms
