The host is really amazing. Kuya help us a a lot during our stay and even had his bike rented without any question. He is amazing guy and really recommended. The location is Superb..

- The place is very new, so everything is in great condition. The Aircon and the ceiling fan run smoothly and quietly, and the furniture is without a scratch.
- Everything was very clean
- There were fly screens for the doors and windows, so the place was completely free of bugs.
- Vernon is a great host, he is very kind and friendly and was always available when we needed anything.
- We were picked up from the ferry terminal and got free drinking water for the entire stay
- The place is super quiet. No traffic, no Karaoke bar, no construction noise, no roosters. That made it one of the quietest stays we ever had in SEA.
- The Wifi was fast enough to use for work (15 - 20Mbps)
- The room is rather small
- There was an issue with water pressure, so we had very little water for a few hours on two days. I think Vernon is already working on the problem, though.
