WASHING MACHINE!!! very convenient and number one thing I look for in a unit

Cold aircon in the bed room (no scent)

Love that they left instructions for trash and some trashbags as well 💓

Host sent instructions on check in but some details were incorrect. Seems like they just copy and paste a certain message template without updating their details.
Room smelt a bit funky when entering (probably because of the sofa bed. That kind of material collects odors so buy a fabric spray in Ayala if u can.
Disney+ not signed in (was included in the list but required a staff to come for logins which is inconvenient)
RANDOM BLACK OUTS!!!! If you work remote, this is not the place. I expected there be atleast a back up power since it's Avida but there is none. Could last up to an hour.
SHOWER PRESSURE is still weak!!! Probably cause it's the highest floor but if showers are a big deal for you, this is not it.

Close to everything. Aircon works, fridge works. Small touches like provision of bottled water, soap, etc - was great. Also access to netflix, hbo, etc Thanks
The shower pressure was so weak it took time to finish showering.

The place was very organized and had everything you will need for your stay. It’s on the top floor with great view. Aircon worked great. Nothing to complain about.
