I travelled there with my family for a one week vacation. We had a very pleasant time. The apartment is good enough to enjoy a very nice stay. You can go from there to the beach in 15 minutes (just to walk because this part of the beach is not suitable to swim but it has a beautiful landscape) and give a good walk. On this same way there is a little Mall where there is a Carrefour Supermarket with all you need. There is as well a big supermarket (Inter Marché), just three blocks away from the apartment. I personally recommend to go to the beaches located to the West of Saint Nazaire which are very beautiful with soft sand . You must go there with your car. In the city of Saint Nazaire there are several good restaurants, (Crêperie) and some places to visit like a submarine (interesting) and the Ecomussee. Just go there.
I just must say that this apartment is no a luxurious one. It is quiet normal apartment with all the appliances that you need to keep in the refrigerator your fresh food (One of the trays of the door is broken down), you have a good kitchen and oven and some stuff to cook. It would be good to put more pots. We had problems with the television, we couldn't see tv because there is a procedure to program it and we were not able to solve the mystery HAHA, but it was a very good idea to bring books to read. No problem at all.

Studio petit mais fonctionnel.
Le ménage n'avait pas été fait à notre arrivée, du fait, apparemment, du service de nettoyage et non de la propriétaire. Après insistance de celle-ci auprès du service, le nettoyage a été fait tard dans la soirée.

manque d'insonorisation , nous occupions le RDC et tous les bruits de l'étage nous parvenaient (éternuements, toilettes, voix).
Normes de sécurité non respectés : les meubles de la cuisine placés trop haut et surtout le micro onde , il fallait monter sur une chaise , dangereux .
Pas de renseignements visibles pour l'utilisation de la plaque de cuisson, nous avons été dans l'obligation de manger en extérieur. nous avons trouver les explications au bout de 5jours au fond d'un plat .
Bac à douche dangereux, glissant, manque d'un tapis de douche .
Pas de code WIFI fourni
Pas de cintres dans l'armoire de la chambre, pas de porte manteaux, pas d'accroche pour les torchons dans la cuisine, pas d'accroche dans la salle de bain pour les serviettes,
Pas de balai, une simple balayette, pas de nécessaire pour nettoyer le sol .
Lors de notre arrivée, les poubelles extérieures débordaient, nous avons été obligé de chercher des poubelles ailleurs (supermarché, sur la plage ).
Surprise pour la soi disant terrasse accessible par la chambre, un boyau entouré de hauts murs(séparation entre 2 maisons), 1m de large sur une longueur de 4m (sinistre), juste bon pour mettre le linge à sécher .
Les travaux de peinture dans l'appartement bâclés, des coulures partout, la tringle à rideaux donnant sur la rue a été peinte grossièrement aussi impossible de fermer le voilage donc toujours obligé de baisser le volet .
