Great location. Staff were extremely attentive and helpful. Wonderful experience

The rooftop bar and pool. Staff organised a birthday celebration. Very good location in the city centre and close to the harbour.
Very small bathroom. Outside window door could not close fully and due to the thin window glass, we were woken up at 4 am due to the loud prayers coming from the mosque.

Zero degree pool is as amazing as the photo and the food is great!

The staff ensured we were happy and relaxed. Beds were comfortable and we loved that it had a small/ boutique vibe and location was excellent. The pool was lovely and the view was amazing.
I’m a bit fussy with pillows and would have preferred a foam or solid pillow. I think racks in the shower to hold soaps etc would be helpful
