Đơn vị vận hành rất chuyên nghiệp. Đội ngũ nhân viên thân thiện, nhiệt tình và luôn sẵn sàng hỗ trợ. Phòng sạch sẽ, gọn gàng, mang lại cảm giác thoải mái trong suốt thời gian lưu trú. Rất hài lòng và sẽ quay lại khi có dịp.

The room itself was ok, except that there were no towels. And as there is no reception you depend on an agent who is managing several different apartments and clients to get towels.
It’s not a hotel. So there is no reception, neither the typical staff and services you expect of a hotel.
To check in we had to contact an independent agent, who didn’t speak English.
We had no towels, no crib for our toddler.
There almost no parking, so if you come by car like I did, you need to find a spot on the street, which is limited and not practical.
There seems to have been a restaurant for breakfast on floor M, but when we went there it was closed. There are some independent F&B places at the facility, one place which looked the most decent was full, the others were dirty or had no staff to welcome us.
The apartment has single-glass windows, so you can hear everything loud and clear from outside even from the 10th floor. And until 10pm there was loud music outside, so no chance that our toddler could sleep. The swimming pools seemed ok, but with the amount of rooms available not big enough, so we didn’t try it because too busy.
Around the facility there are some electric buggies chasing around to bring people from one place to the other, but they drive very fast on busy little streets with pedestrians.
We paid about 150 dollars for one night, which was way too much for the experience.
For a bit of context, this was during Tet holidays, so a very busy time. Sure that didn’t help with the experience.
