This unit not fully utilized,not provide Tv even at description detail have stated Tv Flat Screen.
Utensil,kitchenware such as plate,cup for drink,fork,spoon also not provided.
No towel & Soap also.

kawasan hotel strategik berdekatan dengan kedai makan,speedmart,supermarket dan mini market.
Bilik apartment jauh dari parking block,sebelum masuk bilik macam2 masalah,nak kena tunggu bilik nak kemas pun ambil masa berjam2,booking included breakfast tapi 1st day breakfast pukul 1.30pm baru hantar (2 keping roti canai), second day breakfast langsung tak hantar.Untuk dapatkan refund deposit Rm200 balik,sangat susah,saya dah clear bilik,kemas elok2 sebelum checkout tapi disebabkan semut owner salahkan penyewa padahal semut tu bukan disebabkan penyewa tapi disebabkan kotak yang ada dalam apartment sebelum kami masuk apartment,semut memang duduk bersarang dalam kotak tu sudah lama...

First, lipas banyakkkk.. means tmpt ni sgt x bersih ye.. cadar nmpk je bersih tapi gatal² badan mcm x cuci.. setakat jemur kat tingkap je.. cadar bilik 1 lagi warna purple tu koyak, bantal dia pulak nipisss.. dlm bilik yg sama tu dlm almari ada baju dgn belon cust sebelum tu x tau la sape punya.. tah nape cleaner x check x buang.. dlm bilik yg ada bilik air tu, almari dia nak tercabut dah, tu kalau kene kaki anak i, mmg i saman terus management ni.. lapik lap kaki pun x de bajet nak beli.. sampai jatuh anak i keluar bilik air habis lebam dahi.. tong sampah pun kecik, kita nak buang sampah x sediakan plastik sampah.. nanti kita buang sampah merata, marah pulak.. terpaksa guna plastik sendiri.. penapis air pun rosak, x sejuk x panas.. water heater bilik air luar rosak.. check in kul 3 tapi cleaner masih x siap cuci rumah lagi, last² kene la check in 4 lebih.. dah la rumah blok B kunci blok D.. sgt menyusahkan kene pusing² bangunan.. kata ada breakfast include tapi x hntr..bila kita ws personal nak bg aduan, dia balas mcm tu pulak.. dia bos, dia la patut uruskan dgn cleaner.. ada ke patut suruh cust sendiri marah cleaner.. sbb dia demam, period pain.. jadi tu semua masalah kene cust la tanggung? Tolong la jgn stay sini, kalau u guys x nak kene mcm i.. dia kata dia stay jauh, jadi x boleh nak double check tmpt ni.. means what? Lepas ni cust lain masuk pun akan dpt pengalaman sama mcm i la kan.. sgt² teruk la org ni.. sory kalau bahasa saya kurang sedap tapi ni la realiti nya..
