The location was excellent, with beautiful surroundings, lovely gardens, and a great pool area. The beds were very comfortable, making it easy to relax and enjoy our stay.
Communication from the hosts was inconsistent and we occasionally had to chase for responses. While the property was generally clean, it did not feel thoroughly deep-cleaned and appeared tired in several areas. A refresh before the next season would make a significant difference.
The bathroom had a crack in the bath, which made it difficult to use comfortably. The property was also lacking some basic amenities, with only a small number of cups and glasses available.
There was no welcome book or information provided, which would have been particularly helpful given the number of rules within the development. For an 11-night stay, we were surprised that no cleaning service was provided and there were no spare bed linens or cleaning supplies available, making it difficult to keep the property clean during our stay.

Het zwembad en tuin prachtig. Ook de locatie dichtbij het strand en park goed. Het complex is heel mooi.
Het apartement was heel slecht schoongemaakt. Stof en afval van vorige gasten onder bedden en bank. Keukenkastkastjes zelf schoon moeten maken..heel plakkerig met etensresren. Bijna alles is aan vervanging toe. Gat in bad bijv, wc brillen los en een wc begint los te laten enz. Geen ovenschaal of iets voor bijv salade. Ook geen grote pan en te weinig koppen bij aankomst maar op verzoek werden deze wel gekocht. Prijs kwaliteit heel slecht

Dejlig stor lejlighed, gode senge, fantastisk beliggenhed, lækkert stort pool område.
Poolen åbner først kl. 11 og er lukket en time mellem 15 og 16.
