Nur zum Schlafen ok…

Die doch ruhige Lage. Alles fußläufig erreichbar

Das Appartement ist gerade so in Stand gesetzt, dass es vermietbar ist. Aber nicht wirklich ansprechend. Alte Bäder, schlecht renovierte Wohnräume und alles in die Jahre gekommen. Wenn man Backofen und Herd gleichzeitig benutzt, knallt es die Sicherungen raus. Terrasse Blumen Teilweise abgestorben. Blumentöpfe kurz vor dem zusammenbrechen. Für 3 Personen zu klein, da das nötige Beistellbett fast den ganzen Freiraum weg nimmt und den Zugang zu Terrasse versperrt. Auch der Gebäudekomplex an sich ist Renovierungsbedürftig.

Wenn man Backofen und Herd gleichzeitig benutzt, knallt es die Sicherungen raus. Terrasse Blumen Teilweise abgestorben. Blumentöpfe kurz vor dem zusammenbrechen. Für 3 Personen zu klein, da das nötige Beistellbett fast den ganzen Freiraum weg nimmt und den Zugang zu Terrasse versperrt. Auch der Gebäudekomplex an sich ist Renovierungsbedürftig.
