Comfortably equipped with everything required for an independent stay allowing you to create a bubble from the outside intensities.
Colonel Saab was extremely friendly, helpful and communicative including in English. He was flexible when our plans changed at short notice and adaptive to our circumstances as we were visiting from London.
He has equipped the apartment with everything required for a trip, including a welcome care package and toiletries, reducing the need to bring these things with you. The addition of a washing machine allowed us to maintain ourselves during the stay. AC in all rooms along with fans was welcome. A TV which allowed us to connect our Netflix and YouTube. Ironing board and hair dryer. Comfortable for 2, cosy for 4 (depending on what you are accustomed to).
Very safe and secure with gated security guards.
There is an excellent well renowned restaurant across the road with options spanning all needs - Kaka Da Hotel where we dined daily. Very clean, international standards and very reasonable. A small convenience store on one side, and a beer/wine shop on the other side of the apartment complex.
This is a quiet community complex and away from the noise and traffic of Rama Mandi on one side and Hazara on the other. This does mean a car would be helpful as we had to resort to Auto Rickshaws which were available but uncomfortable. Colonel Saab did offer taxi numbers, but these need to be preplanned and ordered with advance notice.
I have no hesitation in recommending this apartment or to rebook again.

We had a fantastic stay! The flat was exceptionally clean and cozy—perfect for a couple. The host was incredibly kind and helpful, making us feel very welcome. Highly recommend this place for a comfortable and relaxing stay!
