-Sauberkeit an den wichtigsten Stellen gegeben. -Wohnbereich gut eingerichtet.
-Großer Esstisch in der Küche.
-Parkplatz vor der Tür.
-Kleine Terrasse vorhanden (wenn auch ziemlich ungepflegt), aber immerhin Möglichkeit draußen zu sitzen
-wlan gut
-Straße trotz einseitiger Sperrung sehr laut. Auch nachts überraschend viel Verkehr (mit geschlossenen Fenstern aber ok).
-Wohnung heizt sich auch bei moderaten Temperaturen recht gut auf, also Achtung bei einer Buchung im Hochsommer
-Bad sehr klein und vor allem ziemlich veraltet und dunkel. Duschvorhang müsste erneuert werden oder andere Lösung.
-Überreste der Vormieter in der Wohnung ( Lebensmittel in kühl- und Gefrierschrank sowie Shampoo in der Dusche.)
-Betten waren sehr simpel, aber ok.
-Bettwäsche und Handtücher müssen erneuert werden
-an unwichtigeren Stellen der Wohnung wie Lampen Spinnenweben und Insekten

Generally nice looking
Private parking at this location in the city is appreciated.
The kitchen had sharp knives. That is unusual for a rental, but appriciated.
Nice addition with the HDMI cable for the TV, when it did not support ChromeCast.
I could have used a small desk to work from. I know the space is tight, but perhaps infront of the upstais window/door next to the TV.
Late checkin is a potential nightmare (locked front dor after 20:00? as i remember the mail stated). Luckily it was not a problem for me this time, but this would have been valuable information on the description page befor booking.
Parking space is tight. Really tight, and subject to the other people not parking as idiots. I know this is nothing you can control, and at least there was a parking space, so that is nice.
This parking space was perhaps one of the better for getting out the drivers door. But the bump/high rise is likely a problem for non SUV cars.

la posizione abbastanza centrale ,vicino la stazione ferroviaria ed il terminal dei bus, non molto lontano ci sono un paio di supermercati, accanto ad uno di essi c'è una Bakeri molto carina dove è possibile fare colazione in tranquillità ed eventualmente portare via qualche prodotto da forno, inoltre il posto è tranquillo.
l'appartamento sarebbe potuto essere piu accogliente sotto tutti i punti di vista se il gestore/ proprietario fosse stato un pò piu presente e verificare di persona lo stato dell'appartamento, illuminazione insufficiente, lampade sopra lavello due guaste una lampeggiante, lampada centrale in camera da letto guasta, mobile in bagno sopra la tazza troppo basso per noi maschietti, ogni volta che si va per urinare si corre il rischio di battere la testa contro lo spigolo del mobile. la carta igienica che è stata lasciata per due persone per 4 giorni, i rotolo intero più meta usato; se pure fosse stato sufficiente è quella metà rotolo che non va soprattutto per motivi igienici, la sera che siamo arrivati il piano cottura era bloccato impossibile da utilizzare, la sera del giorno dopo , a seguito di mie insistenze è finalmente venuta una persona a sbloccarlo; frigorifero con il compressore spento, ovvero la luce si accendeva aprendolo ma non raffreddava; se io vado in vacanza pretendo che gli elettrodomestici presenti nell'appartamento siano efficienti accesi e funzionanti; ho dovuto gettare dei surgelati e delle fette di carne perché maleodoranti, dopo due giorni mi sono accorto che il frigo non era attivato cosa che avrebbe dovuto fare chi ha preparato l'appartamento prima dell'arrivo di eventuali ospiti , sbloccare il piano cottura ,attivare il frigorifero e sostituire/riparare eventuali lampade non funzionanti. credo che fra i compiti di chi gestisce queste strutture sia anche quello di verificare che TUTTO funzioni. pulizia fatta in maniera superficiale, presenza di ragnatele in tutte quelli parti poco calpestate, vetri delle finestre molto sporchi
