Die Wohnung wurde sehr liebevoll und mit einem hohen Standard renoviert, der keine Wünsche übrig lässt. Sie ist sehr komfortabel und modern ausgestattet. Auch der Außenbereich ist sehr geschmackvoll und gemütlich. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt. Paolo und Cristina waren sehr freundliche und aufmerksame Gastgeber. Vielen Dank

Bardzo polecam ten obiekt na wakacje we włoskim mieście Santa Margherita. Gospodarz jest przemiłym, bardo serdecznym i ogromnie opracowitym człowiekiem, który zadbał o każdy szczegół naszego pobytu, był dyspozycyjny w każdej chwili i pomocny do tego stopnia, że pomagał nam wnosić bagaże. Podczas całego pobytu u tego gospodarza czuliśmy się jak u dobrego znajomego, który ugościł nas jak w swoim domu, najlepiej jak potrafił, dbając o każdy szczegół. Przestrzeń w obiekcie i wokół niego była niesamowicie komfortowa i idealna na wakacje z rodziną, wszystko od najmniejszych elementów było nieskazitelnie czyste i zadbane. W tym obiekcie nie było przypadkowych mebli i elementów wyposażenia, wszystko co znajdowało się w środku odpowiadało zdjęciom z oferty i sprawiało, że pobyt był bardzo relaksujący.
Z obiektu widać bardzo blisko usytuowaną wieżę kościelną, która wieczorem, podświetlona sprawia niesamowite wrażenia, to zdecydowanie atrakcja sama w sobie, która jest na wyciągnięcie ręki w tym obiekcie.
Dodatkowo obiekt jest bardzo blisko zlokalizowany w obrębie centrum, jak i samej plaży, ale również sklepu spożywczego (20-30 m) co sprawia, że pobyt w tym obiekcie pozwala zwiedzić miasto, ale poczuć również spokój i ciszę okolicy.
Zdecydowanie polecam każdemu ten obiekt przede wszystkim za wysoką jakość obsługi, bardzo dobre warunki pobytu jak i ofertę, która odzwierciedla rzetelność, uczciwość i serdeczność gospodarzy.

Le logement est très agréable et spacieux. La rénovation a été réalisé avec une attention du détail très rare! Tout est parfait dans le logement. La cour proposée est du même niveau! Paolo est très sympathique et accueillant! Il y a une COOP juste à coté qui est très pratique. Avec une voiture, il faut prendre la possibilité du parking.

The property was exceptional in all aspects. It was extremely clean, very modern and furnished to very high and tasteful standard. It has everything you could possibly need for a very comfortable stay. The outside space was beautifully set out and equipped with sun beds, tables, chairs an outside shower and a swinging chair. There was nothing that we could fault or make any negative comment about.
There really was nothing we could complain about. It is a beautiful property and well situated for the centre of town. There is a great supermarket about a minute away which has everything you could possibly need. There are local restaurants and cafes nearby if you don’t want to take the 5 minutes or so walk into the centre and harbour. All in all a very good location. The owner Paolo is an absolute gentleman who could not do anymore to ensure you have a great stay and has catered for every need anyone may have during their stay at his beautiful property. We would like to thank him for looking after us during our stay.
