Fernhill enjoys a wonderful location, set among woodland, just outside of Cromer. We chose this as a venue for our annual family get-together for 8 adults and 3 young children and it proved to be ideal. The main kitchen and sitting room areas accommodated us easily and it felt very much a home from home. The large upstairs landing area also provides a nice play space for the chidren to escape to.
A footpath leads from the back of the property across fields and into Cromer which in itself makes a nice walk.
It's not a downside, but we had 3 cars between the family that visited and we also met up with friends on Sunday who arrived by car, and the parking outside the house just needs to be planned carefully to accommodate anything more than 2 cars.

House was absolutely amazing in a beautiful rural setting, but also close to Cromer town (approx 20 min walk)
The house is spacious, with five generous sized double bedrooms. We booked this house to celebrate my Dad's 80th birthday and Fernhill did not disappoint. The owners really have thought of everything!

Lovely shady location just a few minutes from Cromer. Good facilities and plenty of room for our party of 7.
Wi-Fi was rather intermittent, and patio furniture needed a bit of a clean-up after the local bird life had been using it.

Beautiful house and location, excellent facilities really enjoyed our stay
Very hard to find anything negative to be honest, internet connection was a little frustrating at times but most of the time was fine.
