Excellent base location with coffee food and grocery shops close by.

The location was on the edge of the centre of Verona allowing an easy walk to all the restaurants and transport hub. Crossing a not so busy road there were cafes and restaurants which were great for breakfast and afternoon cocktails. The area felt safe and welcoming

There were no negative points.

Spacious apartment but missing basic toiletries and wifi

Apartment was spacious and clean as shown in photos.

-Self-checkin had issues and was not getting response from host even after repeated messages. Only on last day was able to get in touch with host and get checkin instructions. - There were no basic toiletries like handwash or soap provided. -Wifi was not working but since we hardly stayed in room wasn't sooo much of an issue

5 / 10

Disappointed with staff lack of response to enquiries, nice apartment if better equipped

Clean , good public transport, accessible

Lacked adequate self catering items Lacked instructions for cooker WiFi didn’t work Staff communication very poor

2 to 3 star stay. Not very clean. Not worth the money in our opinion.

Air conditioning and location was good.

No hand soap available and the place was modern with some working facilities. We stayed for 3 nights. The first night we stayed it was good for a basic place just to sleep. The next day we had a huge amount of ants coming in. They took over the living room and kitchen. We ate out every night and didn't bring food into the place. The owner we messaged did move us to a different room. The next room was bigger, but had a lot of damage. No ants in this one. Door handle to the bedroom fell off. The toilet seat cover was broken. The wall under the stove hood had stains and scratches. Some of the blankets had stains. He informed us that they are professionally cleaned and sanitized. The walls in some places had what seemed to be dog slobber. The bed and sofa was clean. From our perspective it was a 2 to 3 star stay. The staff don't clean the places very well from what we experienced. The place had air conditioning and good walking distance to historic Verona. You will have to park at a parking garage and walk your luggage across town which is normal anywhere here in Europe.
