Location and newness
The staff. There was only one chair in the room to sit at the bar height table. Ron refused to provide us a second chair. The toilet did not work. Flapper needed replacing. Talked to Ron at the front desk and was told none of the toilets worked. Another staff stepped in and said that was unacceptable for us to have to put our hand in the back of the toilet to make the toilet flush every time. She gave us a new room. And lo and behold the toilet in that room did work.
