Had a lovely one-night stay at London Eye Hotel. What I appreciated most was the calm atmosphere and the way the staff treated us with genuine kindness and respect. Everything was comfortable and well looked after, and we felt very welcome from the moment we arrived.

Pretty new hotel . But the most impressive part is people / staff . They are so nice to accommodate our request (asking to get quiet room / getting coffee into room , void the tax fee etc )

The staff are very helpful and warm. They are doing their best to help. However, the operation system, in particular the restaurant needs to improve. It just take too long to prepare the food but the quality of the food is excellent. The hotel should streamline the operation/production of the kitchen.

Attention should pay to the cleaning of the bathroom. The bathrooms in the family suite is not ideal. The bathing area is not cleaned. The bathroom is wore out every where from counter top to the floor. Can't believe the hotel has just been operating less than a year. The hotel should remodel the bathroom. It is wet through after taking the shower.
