Location, easy walking to CBD, trains and buses. Clean, fresh and tidy. Facilities were good. Easy to get access. No key system was brilliant.
When we arrived it was very, very cold and the heating was not working. It took about 7 hours and several phone calls to eventually get a heater bought round. We understand that an engineer cannot always come round immediately but it was very frustrating when we were told that someone would contact us and they would let us know what was happening and nobody phoned us back. This resulted in us having to make SEVEN calls to follow up, and be freezing for 7+ hours. Not good enough!

The location was great as it was close to my destination.
Nothing from the unit side but a warning that it is near a dance club that goes on late.

It was easy to locate and right where I needed to be for my nursing conference. Super close to everything as well.
I wouldn’t say didn’t like but instructions on how to work the bidet would have been amazing!

Only street parking with Time limits during day but pay park nearby
