Fabulous apartment in the heart of beautiful Annecy.

Brilliant location. Free parking. Spacious apartment. Lovely bed! Great little coffee machine with pods provided.

No shower in a rather dated bathroom . Just a hose tap attached to taps. Sink filled up with water constantly as it wouldn't drain.

Nice location, but very overpriced

The location was perfect and close to the main town and the lake The bakery outside was great.

With a family, the parking felt quite unsafe and dark. We decided to park on the street instead. The whole apartment needs some love and attention, the rooms and all furnishings felt very used and unclean. The bathroom drain was clogged in the sink. The “second bed” sofa bed felt very unsafe and not comfortable at all for my boy. The kitchen was not well prepared and lots of basic things where missing such as soap, coffee filters and all dishes looked dirty. The apartment could do with AC in the summer, it was quite uncomfortable in August weather. For the money I spend, it felt like is was overpriced.

Well located. Spacious apartment with views (not the lake though) Very quiet. Secured parking spot

No AC (while it wasn’t such a big deal for us considering the weather, this top floor apt will be unbearably hot in summer) No attachment for the shower head (very easy fix) Basic products (eg washing capsule for the washing machine) or kitchen essentials (oil, vinegar, …) somewhat lacking

La grandezza dell'appartamento, la vista del lago.

L'appartamento ha delle grandi potenzialità, con poche accortezze e migliorie potra dientare ancora piu confortevole e bello. Le tende sono troppo lunghe e toccano il pavimento, il tappeto grande peloso in camera da letto lo toglierei.

Très bien placé en bord de centre ville et du lac, tout accessible en 15min max à pied. Super espace dans l appart et très grande place de parking. Nous n avons pas utilisé la cuisine mais l équipement semblait correcte.
