The rooms are very clean and the staff very helpful. The breakfast team at the restaurant are exceptional
The location is in a busy complex with so much going on in other floors. But the rooms are quiet nicely and well secured.

The staff were wonderful. Sharon and Sheila from the reception really looked after me. 10/10 for their service and kindness. The hotel is very clean and my bed was comfortable. It is a good hotel for a short or even long stay.
Quite a bit of noise from outside. WiFi a bit poor.

The staff were super sweet, especially the waiter on breakfast duty- he was lovely. Decent location to the attractions around Karen
A few things I wasn’t happy with. Booked whole apartment and paid more for bath, balcony, and washing machine it said, got a double room. They washed my clothes free of charge but not the point. As I paid more for the apartment, which I didn’t get. Lights stopped working in the bathroom.
The building is SO noisy. Courts outside- people screaming all day and night.
Gym downstairs- which you have to pay for, is INCREDIBLY Loud. Wakes up with loud banging and shaking of the whole building from 5am. Also, under construction.
