Not recommend at all

Very bad experience – Strong warning before booking I booked a specific accommodation through Booking.com based on the photos, specifications, location, and description provided at the time of booking. I also informed the property in advance that my arrival would be around 11:00 PM. When I arrived, I was shocked to discover that the accommodation I had booked was not available. After waiting until approximately 1:00 AM, I was transferred to a completely different location and accommodation that was significantly below the standard and specifications of what I had originally booked. The residential compound then gave us explanations regarding a requirement to obtain security approval 48 hours in advance and to provide passport copies. We complied and submitted the passport copies for our family of four. However, we were subsequently and unexpectedly asked to provide a marriage certificate. These requirements and procedures were not clearly disclosed to us before booking, yet the property accepted and confirmed our reservation. They were only raised when we arrived, causing significant inconvenience, delay, and ultimately a transfer to a completely different location late at night. The accommodation was changed without my written consent, and the unit I had actually booked and paid for was never provided. Due to the very late hour and the lack of any practical alternative, I had to deal with the situation at the time. However, I did not stay at the property I originally booked and ultimately left without receiving the accommodation that had been agreed upon. In my view, this was a major failure to honor the booking and its agreed terms, not simply a difference in service quality. I strongly advise travelers to be extremely cautious before booking this property. Booking.
