The location, the external area, the service of the host Efprepios.
The bed are not queen/king size, so we have to sleep in the twin bed room.

The house was perfect for our group. The bed and bathrooms were clean. The most enjoyable things are outside the villa, like the swimming pool and jacuzzi. Also the beachbeds were great.
All the communication and welcome by Efrepios was great and fine. When you have questions before the trip, you’ll receive a response in a few minutes.

everything was great! we had alot of fun staying here. we will definetly book here again if we are going to kos. the host was the greatest host ever, he welcomed us with a bottle of wine and gave us a tour of the place. the speakers was also really nice. the sunset at night and morning was beautiful from the villa.
we got a very aggressive phone call about the noice, but that was our fault so its not really that negative, but could have been handled alot better from the company!! THATS THE ONLY “NEGATIVE” THING I HAVE TO SAY ABOUT THIS PLACE!

A stunning property, the pictures do not do it justice. The outside spaces are exceptional, and close to the beach and restaurants and bars. In particular the Efprepious and his team, looked after our every need, with quick responses to queries and massively helpful. A special mention to Hussan who looked after the garden and visited every two days, such a warm and friendly gentleman!
