An interesting holiday apartment with a pool. It would be more pleasant with air conditioning.

Access to the pool The building is not in an isolated area. There is the possibility to park outside as well as in the underground car park. There was a problem with the Wi-Fi, but the owner kindly tried to find a quick solution.

Communication before arrival could be better. There are 2 fans for 3 bedrooms. Some of the information in the description is not accurate (there is no dishwasher, for example).

Unterkunft entspricht nicht in allen Punkten der Beschreibung

Recht ruhige Lage, Supermärkte und Restaurants schnell erreichbar

Die Unterkunft war relativ sauber, allerdings gab es mehrere Abweichungen zur Beschreibung auf Booking.com. Der Grill war nicht nutzbar, die Poolnutzung war zeitlich eingeschränkt, und die tatsächlichen Zeiten wichen von den Angaben ab. Außerdem entsprachen drei der gezeigten Pool-Fotos nicht der Realität. Es gab keine Spülmaschine und keine Klimaanlage, obwohl beides in der Beschreibung angegeben war. Stattdessen standen nur zwei Ventilatoren zur Verfügung – was bei hohen Temperaturen nicht ausreichte für erholsamen Schlaf. Das Apartment wirkte zudem kleiner als erwartet, und auf dem Balkon befanden sich mehrere Wespennester, wodurch die Nutzung des Außenbereichs – insbesondere mit Kindern – stark eingeschränkt war. Ein weiterer Punkt: Man wird nicht persönlich empfangen. Der gesamte Kontakt läuft über WhatsApp, inklusive der Schlüsselübergabe per Schlüsselkasten mit Code. Man erhält außerdem Videos per WhatsApp, in denen erklärt wird, wie man das Apartment findet und wo sich was befindet. Das ist praktisch, sollte aber vorher klar kommuniziert werden. Wir haben uns entschieden, den Aufenthalt nach 4 Nächten zu beenden, obwohl wir ursprünglich länger bleiben wollten. Fazit: Die Unterkunft entsprach in mehreren Punkten nicht der Beschreibung. Eine ehrliche und transparente Darstellung wäre wünschenswert, um zukünftigen Gästen eine realistische Einschätzung zu ermöglichen.

Miejsce bardzo przyjazne w spokojnej okolicy. Sam apartament godny polecenia. Świetne baza wypadowa.

Ładny gustownie wyposażony obiekt czysty i zadbany. Kuchnia dobrze wyposażona. Basen na posesji bardzo czysty i zadbany to ogromna zaleta. Komunikacja z wynajmującą POLECAM SERDECZNIE :)
