Good for a family / group holiday. Large open plan kitchen with plenty of cooking and plentiful dining equipment. Option of seating at table or breakfast bar . Snug ideal for anyone working from home and separate area for children to play . Large and comfortable sitting room. Super enclosed and large garden for relaxing / playing etc . All the beds were very comfortable with nice bedding . Whole house was very clean and smart on arrival . Convenient for Hunmanby and Reighton beaches . Short drive to Filey .
No hand soap in any bathrooms / downstairs loo / kitchen .
Only one hair dryer in en suite bedroom.

Beautiful house, very spacious. Beds very comfortable. Great location.
Lack of handwashing in all bathrooms. Cleaning could have been better - black hairs all over floor in one of bathrooms, cobwebs on light fittings, some of crockery was dirty.

Really nice house for 10, very spacious and well equipped.
I would recommend this property for family get togethers or groups of friends.
