The location was beautiful, peaceful, and conveniently close to the beach. However, I noticed that residents from other condos in the area would frequently use the pool, which I understood to be reserved for guests staying at the “resort.”
Somedays, the electricity went out several times during my stay. I tried calling the emergency assistance numbers listed on the back of the room door, but unfortunately, none of them worked. This was concerning, especially since there was no clear way to reach anyone for assistance during an emergency.
The restaurant located on the “resort” had great food (a little overpriced), which I really enjoyed. However, they appeared to be short-staffed, and the service could use some improvement. Our server was frequently engaged in side conversations and did not seem attentive to the guests, which affected the overall dining experience.
Overall, I enjoyed my stay. The resort was affordable, quiet, beautiful, and close to the beach. However, the limited service hours, power outages, and lack of reliable emergency assistance could be improved. Since there is no 24-hour service, adding vending machines with water and snacks in Buildings A and B would be helpful.
