The views are amazing
There is no reception and it was hard to get the keys and come back to the place to open it

Was the perfect walking distance to the Center of town far enough away that it still felt peaceful but close enough to walk to everything!

Location was excellent just far enough from the centre of Surfers and set just 2 short blocks from the beach and same to the river. The building is very nice it looks and feels very new and modern. The pool was lovely and seemed to have sunlight all day. Apartment was clean and comfortable and had a small balcony with fantastic views.
I received information regarding key pick up so nothing negative on the apartments however didn't realise it was a bit of a walk after we already got there a bit tired and late so access to the building was not available without a key.I Had to leave my partner outside the apartment building to go for about 20 minutes to get the key. The staff in the building were unable to assist with any enquiries we had during our visit so we had to email or message Serain. They were fantastic in there returning messages. After that our holiday was perfect.

Location and water views
Very used and in need of a revamp. Mismatched floor boards from repairs, chipped walls and doors everywhere. Dead coach roaches on arrival. No towels for the pool and staff advised we couldn’t have any extra towels.
