Location, right in the middle of the action in Granada. Size of room and facilities.
1) Checkin process with code was a torture; code didn’t work, was made to wait out in street. Made frantic international calls (~40 minutes)to customer service who handled it well! They offered a minor discount one night’s tariff which hasn’t materialised and seems onus is on the Booking.com, hope it works.
2) The same room was allocated to 2 customers, that was a huge set back after the checkin fiasco. Not expected from a German Co.
3) Cleanliness - spiders and months of dust incl. hair scattered in the roomS. I was made to provide photos by customer service. It was cleaned up but outsourced contractor did a shoddy job. Amazed that there was no co-ordination between the LimeHome CRM in Madrid and Granada. They again offerred a token discount but hasn’t materialised as mentioned in 1.
I can go on but I will pause.
The property is good but needs attention from Granada instead of Madrid/Munich to deliver value.
