Clean , pleasant staff
They assumed when you book a king suite. Party includes parents and kids. We lacked bath towels only hand towels were available. No signals for tv channels.

I had a wonderful stay at BlueMoon Hotel Erbil. The hotel was comfortable and welcoming, and I especially appreciated the excellent service from Vian Qasim at reception. She was friendly, professional, and genuinely lovely throughout my stay. Her warm attitude and helpful service made my experience even better. I would happily stay here again and highly recommend the hotel.

The hotel is clean and the staff are friendly. The breakfast is very good.
Soundproofing is needed. There are few elevators, and they are overcrowded. One elevator is out of service, resulting in long waiting times for both going up and down.

Spa is closing early. Pool is not useful. There is no alcohol in the hotel.
