Horrible. Nunca voy a alquilar aquí de nuevo.

Si tienes familia allí, no se puede entrar ni para saludarla ni despedirla ni para buscarla en vehículo. Ellos tienen que caminar hasta la portería con maletas y todo. No se puede escuchar música a menos que si sea MUY suave. Hay que pagar para todo, hasta usar la lavadora y secadora solo por una hora $80,000 y no incluye el liquido. También nos quitó 50 mil del depósito por una mesa que ya estaba dañada antes de llegar pero que ubicaron bien para que se ve de bien estado. Y ni siquiera mencionó ningún daño hasta que pedí el reembolso del deposito 2 días después. Elegí y pagué este lugar para la familia de mi esposa para que podrían estar cómodos y aprovechar del lago y kayak, pero hay que pagar todo. Y porque nos quedamos en otro lugar sentía que la portería nos trató como enemigo del estado. No íbamos a quedarnos allí ni usar las facilidades, pero la única vez que dejaron pasar mi esposa porque estaba muriendo de usar el baño, nos decimos varias veces que yo no puedo salir del vehículo y muchas veces más después que ella no puede salir. Y eso es que YO pagué la reserva y el deposito. Nunca voy a alquilar aquí de nuevo. Es el ÚNICO lugar en nuestras vacaciones que se quejaron por lo malo que estuvo la experiencia. No se puede tocar nada sin miedo de tener otro costo. Gracias a dios que el resto de nuestras vacaciones estaba bien, porque si solo fuera por este apartamento, hubieran sido unas vacaciones horribles. If you have family staying there, but you're not staying, you can't even enter to pick them up without paying a day pass. They have to walk to the guard shack. Music has to be super low. They charged us 50k pesos for a table that was damaged before arrival, and didn't mention any damage until I asked for the deposit back 2 days later.

Apartamento ubicado en Baia Kristal, un lugar muy bello con una piscina muuuuyy grande, de aguas cristalinas. Apartamento muy bien dotado y cómodo con excelente atención de parte del propietario.
