La atención de Onasis el gerente fue espectacular, nos sentimos muy consentidos todo el tiempo, sin duda marco la diferencia para tener un excelente viaje

Tienen una terraza maravillosa con alberca la cual me pareció perfecta para el espacio, es pet friendly entonces le da puntos extra, me gusto mucho la habitación por el precio esta super bien, el hotel esta super limpio y el personal es muy amable y servicial, la ubicación del hotel se me hizo muy céntrico, la calle muy tranquila, yo le pongo 10/10.
No sé si sólo me paso a mi, me toco visitarlos con mi perrita y como todo animal pues hizo de sus necesidades afuera del hotel, al recoger su excremento me percate que en la calle no hay botes de basura y también dentro del hotel no encontré uno en el estacionamiento, tuve que subir hasta la terraza donde encontré un bote de basura, sólo es eso lo demás es perfecto.

Location was good
Not enough towels, bathmats face cloths. Nowhere in the room to hang the towels to dry. Insufficient coat hangers. Hot water questionable. facility had a fridge, microwave. had to purchase additional items in order to use the facilities. Needs improvement.
