Proprietario molto disponibile e gentile, posizione ottima, con parcheggio gratuito vicino e a circa 10 minuti a piedi dalle scale mobili che portano alla rocca.
Il palazzo è dotato di ascensore, molto comodo per valige e bagagli.
Ottimo forno a due minuti a piedi.
Letto con materasso in memory, che personalmente non preferiamo a livello di comodità, ma ad altri potrebbe risultare comodo.

The building was right on Piazza Guiseppe Garibaldi in the historical centre. It’s an easy walk to the Posterna underground escalators and walkways, making it easy to explore Spoleto.
The apartment is large, clean and comfortable, with well equipped kitchen facilities. However if you prefer not to cook, there are plenty of restaurants and cafes nearby.
Our host Veronica and her husband were very friendly and helpful.
The apartment actually faced the road and therefore was subject to the traffic noise.

The owner was extremely helpful and provide suggestions for tourist sites, restaurants and nearby free parking (about 200m away). The apartment is clean and conveniently located and has an elevator to reach the 2nd floor. The kitchen is adequately furnished so we were able to cook breakfast and dinner. The double-pane windows are great at keeping out the noise: there was a festival in the square below the bedroom windows that lasted until approximately 1am, but we didn't hear much at all with the windows closed.
The apartment electrical system struggles to run multiple appliances at once. There are two portable floor-mounted A/C units (one in each bed room), but it was recommended not to run both units at the same time to minimize tripping the breaker. We didn't try running both A/C units at the same time, but the breaker switch on the main electrical panel did trip when the refrigerator turned on while we were cooking with the induction stove and running the A/C in one of the bedrooms.

Appartamento in zona molto centrale, host bravissimo ci ha messo subito a nostro agio,nel complesso appartamento consigliato
Unica pecca, nelle giornate più estive le stanze per via di qualche problema con i condizionatori risultano abbastanza calde, e un'altro fattore che purtroppo non dipende dall'host e spero sia stato solo un caso, la notte non sono riuscito a dormire per via di schiamazzi sotto l'appartamento da parte di gruppi di ragazzi macchine con musica ad alto volume e via vai di scooter e moto a tutta velocità
