Nice room with view over the bay. Good facilities for a small room. Check in/out were easy and well handled with helpful instructions over WhatsApp and the booking.com app.
Good access to the beach - walk up the road (north east) 100m and there are stairs that take you under the road and down to the middle of the Larvotto beach.
Not much. The road outside was sometimes a little noisy but this is the case in most cities, especially where there are lots of supercars!

We appreciated the simple system for accessing the apartment, as well as the coded entry system. There was water, champagne, and coffee prepared in the apartment. The location was excellent — just a few steps from the beach and very close to the city center. There are excellent restaurants nearby. I recommend it for a romantic stay as a couple. On the top of it the communication with the owner was easy and he was willing to extend the check-out time up to afternoon, which was absolutely perfect for us. That is why we will chose this accommodation also next time.
