I had to find other place to stay and we did , because it was unhealthy to stay , nobody knows what these brown or bloo

Me and wife stayed in Panevezys for few days .
We booked this apartment and stayed for about 1 hour as we were unpacking all of our luggage and we noticed blood stain on bed , not just blood there were also some brown coloured stains as well .
The sheets were smelling terrible not sure what kind of smell it was but definitely not washed .
The smell was really uncomfortable
We contacted the owner immediately as he said he will look in to it .
Next day he called we had a discussion and agreed that he will do a refund .
I waited about 5 days and called him back he didnt respond , ignored my calls for a week or so .
Once i called from diferent number he picked up and told that he will do the refund but i think allready 3rd week passed buy and yet he has failed to do the refund .
I had to find other place to stay and we did , because it was unhealthy to stay , nobody knows what these brown or blood stains can contain im very displeased with actions of apartament owner

Остались очень недовольны проживанием, описание и реальность вообще не совпадают.
Кровать и белье: В описании заявлена двуспальная кровать, а по факту просто сдвинули две односпальные. Посередине обоазовалась щель, спать было неудобно. Постельное белье заношенное, всё в катышках, жесткое и шершавое на ощупь.
Грязь и пыль: Уборка ужасная. На полках и подоконнике толстый слой пыли, окна грязнющие. Роутер вообще зарос паутиной и грязью. В углу комнаты стоял старый, обшарпанный и грязный стул.
Проблемы на кухне: У одного из шкафчиков оторвана дверца. На полке в углу валяется куча каких-то грязных рабочих инструментов. В чайнике жуткий слой накипи. Со светом вообще перемудрили: выключатель не работает, всё включается только с пульта, система сложная, много кнопок, жмёшь, пока не найдёшь нужную.
Ванная комната: Вместо нормальной двери в совмещенный санузел установлена раздвижная шторка. Шумоизоляции в туалете ноль, снизу огромная щель, из-за чего все запахи идут прямо в комнату.
В коридоре в шкафу для одежды оторвана петля на одной из дверей, полноценно открыть дверь не получается, вещи складывать не удобно.
Парковка: Около дома машину поставить негде. Приехали в 18:00 — всё уже было занято, пришлось парковать авто довольно далеко от дома и идти пешком с вещами.
Своих денег и близко не стоит, жилье запущено.
