Clear instructions of how to enter the property and where the room keys were kept. Not far from metro station (approx 5 min walk). 30 minute walk to the Acropolis. Room clean and had plenty space. Plenty restaurants/coffee shops etc in vicinity of accomodation.
Neighbourhood felt safe enough to walk around in daylight/early evening- however, there were lots of discarded syringes on the street. Price reflected location.
Hosts were responsive and attentive via messaging through booking.com
The bathroom wasn't well ventilated and sometimes after showering there was a damp/musty smell in the bathroom. Was sorted by leaving bathroom door open for a while.
Of the 5 nights we stayed a security alarm went off two of the nights.

жилье превзошло все ожидания. Внутри давольно свежий ремонт. Аппартаменты идеально подходили к отпуску - рядом станция метро и несколько крупных магазинов, до центра города с достопримечательностями порядка 10-15 минут, за 45 минут можно на метро с пересадкой на трамвай доехать до пляжа на юге города. Внизу есть парковка на три места, правда неизвестно кому они принадлежат, но мне удалось запарковать арендованный автомобиль на две ночи, днем места были заняты.
это не укор жилью, но конечно в таких жарких странах не хватало балкона чтобы сушить вещи после пляжа

Short walk from the closest metro station and really clear instructions on how to access the property! Room has everything we needed (and more!) with a full kitchen and great space for a few days in Athena! A little walk into the main areas, but nothing not manageable - we just prefer to walk than jump on the Metro!
Nothing we didn't like about this property!

J'ai aimé la proximité de l'hôtel par rapport à la station de métro, Il y a plusieurs commerces à proximité. L'hôtel est sécurisé et calme.
Il y a eu une panne électrique et donc l'accès à l'hotel était impossible, en plus des ascenceurs et la climatisation qui ne fonctionnaient pas.
Il y a eu la présence de sacs poubelles dans les ascenceurs à quelques reprises.
