We had a reservation for this apartment at the beginning of August. Unfortunately, when we arrived, the apartment was not properly cleaned, and we even had to contact them and ask someone to come and clean it.
Apart from the cleanliness issue, the apartment itself was good and our stay was generally fine. However, the biggest problem was getting our deposit back.
There was a lot of confusion and inconsistent information regarding the refund. At first, we were told that we would receive the deposit after two weeks. Then we were told that it would be refunded at the end of August. Today is September 7th, and we still have not received the deposit.
The communication about this has been very incoherent and, in my opinion, not professional. While the apartment itself was good, the issue with the deposit and the lack of clear communication is a major concern. For this reason, I would not recommend staying here.
