Close to perfect yet so far

The location was just perfect. The apartment located in right in the center of the city was just perfect.

The apartment looked very clean on the outside but more you look closer dirtier it got. Especially around the bed area. It was dusty and the sheets were visibly stained

Great Location with Stylish Interior and Helpful Service

The location was very convenient, really close to Buda Castle, Fisherman’s Bastion, and bus stops. The building itself has a lot of history, but I really liked the stylish interior of the room. The owner was also very flexible with check-in and check-out times, which was very helpful.

Cleanliness non existent. Sadly a very disappointing experience.

The location below the castle was about the only things we liked.

Unfortunately on arrival we already noticed the dirt at the flat entrance. Once we opened the door to the apartment (after a very long of travelling) we immediately noticed the bed that had been slept in. Used pillows and duvets (the bed has not need made). The bathroom has not been cleaned and used towels were hanging shoddily over the shower and inside the shower on the floor along with the shower head. The bathroom floor had not been cleaned in a long time and was full of long hair. The kitchen greeted us with very old rotten food in the fridge. The cloth covered bedframe was full of crumbs and fluff. The seating area and storage area on and below the window sills was finger deep in dust. We contacted the emergency number via Instagram chat and revived a short apology that the owner can be there to sort out the issue. At that stage we were so disgusted that we advised them we not happy and requested a refund. Still awaiting the refund and hope it won’t be an issue. Luckily after some searching we were able to find alternative accommodation.
