Dissapointed

Unfortunately, this was by far the most disappointing stay of our entire trip. On the day of our arrival, we received a message at around 12 PM informing us that we had to stay at a different property due to maintenance issues at the house we originally booked. The message was only seen around 5 PM, but I believe this is something that should have been communicated several days in advance, rather than on the actual day of arrival. I specifically booked the original property because it offered 3 beds and standalone parking, which were important for our group of 5. However, the alternative accommodation provided was completely different. It was located approximately 20 minutes away from the original property, and we were only given an address without proper directions or pictures initially, making it very difficult to locate. The parking situation was another major inconvenience. We had to park in a parking lot across the road, quite far from the house. Imagine having to carry 5 large suitcases and several other bags across the road just to get to the accommodation. To make things worse, the alternative house only had 2 beds instead of the 3 beds advertised in our original booking, despite us travelling as a group of 5. This was completely unacceptable, as the accommodation did not meet the requirements we had booked and paid for. Communication was also frustrating, as responses were very slow whenever we needed clarification. I understand that unexpected maintenance issues can happen, but relocating guests at the last minute without proper prior notice and providing an alternative that does not meet the original booking requirements is not acceptable. This was supposed to be our final stay before heading to the airport for our flight home. After an amazing trip, this experience unfortunately left us with a very bad final memory. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and improves their communication and customer service.

No egg lifter spoon. Garden was untidy, needs attention. Yellow outside rubbish bin was full. The tree outside where you have to park, make it impossible to get out of the car for the passengers. Simple, take it out and put concrete. Road noise!!
