Location and the property is relatively new.
They serve breakfast so slow. It took us almost an hour to get our plated breakfast. When the meal arrived it was burnt, please see photo for reference. They could have also anticipated their breakfast inventory considering it was a long weekend.

The breakfast was okay, the usual breakfast that you can order from their restaurant. No breakfast was included in the hotel booking.
The pillow case and bedsheeet in our bed as well as in my sister’s room was not pressed, and it looks like they did not change the pillow case and bedsheet at all. In my nephew’s bedsheet, he found strands of hair and and that irritates him so much that he was not able to have a good sleep at all. Cleanliness should be the utmost priority since this is about hospitality business.
