Beira mar sensacional

A localização é maravilhosa, fica literalmente a beira mar. Quarto aconchegante, cozinha boa, o flat 3 tem um área externa com rede muito boa. Fica localizado atrás de um restaurante, entrada é por um corredor, o pessoal que reside por ali foi bem tranquilo e acessível. A anfitriã veio nos receber e se colocou a disposição para qualquer auxílio, pedimos uma vassoura para limpar a areia e ela prontamente trouxe para nós. Entrada e saída super acessível.

Custo benefício baixo

- localização é realmente ótima e o que vale. Deve ser uns 50mts da porta da casa até a areia da praia. - Ar-condicionado ótimo, refresca o ambiente em minutos. - Infraestrutura de forma geral, muito boa.

- Cheiro forte de urina. Não sei o que aconteceu nesse imóvel, mas desde que cheguei, até quando fui embora (5dias), o cheiro de urina presente no ar foi algo q incomodou muito.... aparentemente está muito limpo, mas o cheiro não saiu. - O imóvel fica atrás/fundos para 2 cozinhas de restaurantes, então o lugar não é nada atraente ou individualizado. - A janela do quarto fica de frente para o exaustor de um restaurante, então ou fica fechado ou entra o cheiro todo para o imóvel. - A porta da casa fica a 1,30m a uma casa de moradores fixos....sempre que abri a porta tinha alguém na janela olhando.

A anfitriã veio nos receber e se colocou a disposição para qualquer auxílio, pedimos uma vassoura para limpar a areia e ela prontamente trouxe para nós. Entrada e saída super acessível.
