From the moment of my check in to my departure, everything was smooth, Pawan is a very kind person and has a smile all the time. I arrived and the check in was with ease. The was room was clean and tidy and very spacious as well, liked it a lot.
It was just for one night but I wished I had longer days to stay and enjoy the rest of the facilities. The meals were very delicious, well prepared and quite affordable compared to how it tastes.
I also got a tour of the property thanks to Lizz, and I couldn’t recommend this property enough. Surely I will hop once again on my next visit to Nairobi. Thanks Trisan

Staff were really friendly, and I really enjoyed their company. We stayed over one night after arriving to kenya. The location was near a shopping mall to collect stuff before our safari and also near restaurants. The breakfast was fantastic, really enjoyed it.
I would have liked more of a communal area so that people can speak to each other and get to know each other.

The decor was very tasteful and stylish -- basically an African motif. The restaurant food was generally delicious. However, one night my wife complained that her chicken was underdone. The staff were very friendly.
When I made our reservation, I specifically chose an option that said "Good breakfast included", even though, for our four- night stay, it was about $15.50 in U. S. dollars more expensive. When we checked in, the desk clerk said that breakfast was not included. I mistakenly thought he said "breakfast was included" because that is what I expected to hear. Later on, when were charged for breakfast, I complained to the same desk clerk that we paid to have breakfast included but were nevertheless still charged for it. Complaining did no good. We still had to pay for breakfast. Now, the hotel has eliminated the options to choose to not have breakfast included. All of the reservations options say that breakfast is included. Our room did not have a mosquito net. It wasn't as if a net wasn't needed. We killed ten mosquitoes during our stay, and my wife got bitten. The walls of the rooms are thin. The hotel is undergoing some construction. During the day, guests are sometimes subjected to the sounds of loud hammering or drilling. If someone in the next room, or in the corridor adjacent to the room, is talking, you can hear it. Finally, it was somewhat hard to lock the door to the room from the outside.
