It was a really great stay with me and my family. The staff were very friendly almost family like and they were very helpful for anything we asked. The breakfast was early which we loved cause it actually motivates you to wake early and look around places in Nairobi. One of the staff members acrually helped us map out some places to visit which was very cost effective and great since we stayed for a short while.
There was a little noise at night by our room specifically albeit it was a late reservation and our room was unconventional but other than that there's no major issue I'd point out.

Très agréable séjour au Trisan Hotel ! Le lieu est charmant, avec une décoration très soignée et pleine de charme. Le personnel est disponible et attentionné, et l’emplacement est idéal : proche du centre, tout en étant suffisamment éloigné de l’agitation et de la densité du CBD. L’hôtel est également situé à proximité de restaurants agréables et d’un centre commercial, facilement accessible et dans un environnement sûr.
Le seul petit bémol concerne l’isolation phonique entre le couloir et les chambres : le bruit du personnel ou des autres clients peut parfois s’entendre tôt le matin, notamment si l’on souhaite faire la grasse matinée. En dehors de cela, l’endroit est vraiment très calme et agréable.

The decor was very tasteful and stylish -- basically an African motif. The restaurant food was generally delicious. However, one night my wife complained that her chicken was underdone. The staff were very friendly.
When I made our reservation, I specifically chose an option that said "Good breakfast included", even though, for our four- night stay, it was about $15.50 in U. S. dollars more expensive. When we checked in, the desk clerk said that breakfast was not included. I mistakenly thought he said "breakfast was included" because that is what I expected to hear. Later on, when were charged for breakfast, I complained to the same desk clerk that we paid to have breakfast included but were nevertheless still charged for it. Complaining did no good. We still had to pay for breakfast. Now, the hotel has eliminated the options to choose to not have breakfast included. All of the reservations options say that breakfast is included. Our room did not have a mosquito net. It wasn't as if a net wasn't needed. We killed ten mosquitoes during our stay, and my wife got bitten. The walls of the rooms are thin. The hotel is undergoing some construction. During the day, guests are sometimes subjected to the sounds of loud hammering or drilling. If someone in the next room, or in the corridor adjacent to the room, is talking, you can hear it. Finally, it was somewhat hard to lock the door to the room from the outside.
