The cafe is lovely, very popular with influencers but good drinks (half price for homestayers). The room was clean, and there were 2 dogs and a cat staying there. Bed was clean.
The curtains do not stop any light coming through, alongside being woken up early and staying up late due to staff noise. There is no telly, no fridge and no fresh water available.

首先住宿位于一家超时尚的咖啡厅内部。特别干净。床很舒服，让我休息的很好，晚上毫无噪音，因此声音敏感的人可以放心选择。对了，房主给我们特意升级了房型。十分感谢。
周围吃饭方便，距离市中心需要打车十五分钟左右。车在白天更好打一些，晚上需要叫大概十几分钟。
因为是新的民宿有一些地方未做到完全健全。比如没有吹风机，一开始房间也没有配备卫生纸，还有热水器和wifi的使用也没有提前交代。
然后旅行信息方面，比如我需要预定去da lat的大巴车，房主似乎对这方面不太了解。
但是房主沟通迅速及时，即使在晚上十二点依旧可以有问必答，十分感谢！并且上述所有的问题得以很好的解决！如果下次来，也许我还会考虑第二次入住。

As the name suggested, the homestay is a rare green gem in the middle of busy Saigon. We had a very good stay at the signature piece of Ms To Trinh - owner of a design firm specialized in minimalistic and nature based spaces. Will definitely come back with our family.
