Das Ferienhaus liegt unmittelbar am Meer und ist eine von bislang nur zwei Ferienhäusern auf dem gesamten Grundstück. Da die zweite Villa während unseres Aufenthalts nicht belegt war, genossen wir eine fast exklusive Betreuung durch Tum & Kay herzlich, aufmerksam und wunderbar persönlich. Das begann jeden Morgen mit einem fabelhaften Frühstück (egal ob thailändisch oder international), setzte sich mit Getränken an der kleinen hauseigenen Bar fort und wurde durch ein großartiges Abendessen gekrönt. Tum ist nämlich nicht nur ein wunderbarer Gastgeber, sondern auch ein hervorragender Koch: dafür wurde eigens auf dem Markt eingekauft und anschließend alles frisch zubereitet. Was will man mehr? Einfach himmlisch. Die Gegend liegt abseits der touristischen Zentren. Gerade das hat uns besonders gefallen: Mit den Rollern (im Ort zu mieten) konnten wir die Umgebung erkunden und einen authentischen Eindruck davon gewinnen, wie die Menschen hier überwiegend von Landwirtschaft und Viehzucht leben. Ein wunderbarer Ort, um zur Ruhe zu kommen und Thailand von einer ursprünglicheren Seite kennenzulernen.

We stayed 7 nights at Fueng Fah Villa Sea Views in Nakhon Si Thammarat with 3 Kids (7 and 5 years old boys and a 5 month old baby) and had a wonderful experience.
The host was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. Every morning he prepared a delicious Thai breakfast for us, and on request he cooked very tasty dinners as well. Traveling with small children can sometimes be challenging, but he made it very easy for us — he even brought toys for our kids to play with in the sand and kindly looked after our 5-month-old baby at times.
One day we planned to hike to a nearby waterfall, but because the weather turned bad, he spontaneously drove us with his family to a beautiful village where we could swim in the river instead. This level of care and hospitality made our stay truly special.
The bungalows are modern, very clean, and spacious. The property has a large garden with direct access to the sea, which is perfect for relaxing. The area is very quiet and away from mass tourism — the nearby beaches are mostly visited by Thai locals, which makes the experience feel authentic and peaceful.
Overall, we highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a calm and authentic stay by the sea.
One small thing that could be improved is the kitchen equipment. If you plan to cook yourself, a frying pan, a rice cooker, and a few cooking utensils (like ladles) would be useful.
