Lovely property with spacious rooms. A good outdoor space and great location for exploring local and coastal areas. Good communication from host. Initial observation was it was tidy.
Once in use; kitchen needs a thorough deep clean. Had to run crockery and cutlery through dishwasher as stained. Cheese grater had mould on it. Floor was filthy ( lots of debris on floor already there and soles of white socks black after walking on it). Table needed a clean before using as sticky and some stains. Needs to be some quality control on cleaning between lettings. Lots of cobwebs on windows in all rooms. Carpets and soft furnishings could do with a refresh. Outdoor cushions on seating in poor condition, both stained and badly sinking cushions. Temperature control on both showers really poor and kept reverting to extremely hot. Ground floor shower partially working. Disappointed as the property itself is so nicely put together.

The decor in the property is stunning, there were 8 of us in total and it was the perfect size. The towels on the bed with hair dryer and toiletries was a really nice touch. The pool table was amazing and kept everyone entertained.
We loved it all. The only thing I can think of is, we struggled to all sit in one room, so maybe more seating but it wasn't a big deal.

The property is in need of maintenance throughout. There were too many things worn, broken or in need of repair. Unfortunately overall, we were disappointed with the property. It has potential but it needs attention to bring it up to standard.
