trotz aller Probleme war der Aufenthalt okay…

Die Ferienwohnung war sehr sauber und bot einen tollen Meerblick, der die Fotos deutlich übertraf.

Jedoch gab es bezüglich der Einrichtung einige Mängel zu verzeichnen. Die sogenannten Balkonmöbel aus Paletten waren nicht nur äußerst unbequem, da keine Sitzkissen vorhanden waren, sondern stellten auch eine Verletzungsgefahr dar, da lose Holzteile herausstanden. Der Terassen no tisch war stark abgenutzt und wies zahlreiche lose Teile auf, die zu Schnittverletzungen führen konnten. Des Weiteren war der Toilettendeckel nicht fest angebracht und rutschte hin und her, Befestigung nicht möglich. Die Küchenstühle waren aufgrund der abplatzenden Beschichtung unbenutzbar, da diese sich schon ohne Berührung über den Fußboden verteilte. In der Küchenzeile löste sich die Beschichtung von den Schubladen und der Kühlschrank ließ sich nur mit erheblichem Kraftaufwand schließen. Wir möchten an dieser Stelle unsere Unzufriedenheit mit der Unterkunft zum Ausdruck bringen, insbesondere hinsichtlich der erst nach erfolgter Buchung bekanntgegebenen Umstände über die Baustelle. Es handelt sich hierbei um eine Ferienwohnung innerhalb einer unfertiggestellten Wohnanlage. Die gemietete Wohnung im ersten Stock war die einzige fertiggestellte Einheit, während die weiteren 4-6 Wohnungen sich im Rohbau befanden, und das deutlich erkennbar seit Jahren. Verschiedene Baumaterialien wie Fliesen, Rohre und eine Speisemaschine, standen/ lagen offen herum. Die leerstehenden Gebäude dienten Schwalben als Nistplätze. Auch vor und hinter unserer Wohnung herrschte ein sehr unansehnlicher Zustand mit meterhohem Unkraut und überall stinkender Hundekot. So kommt man nicht gern heim. Bezüglich der Mülltrennung standen vier verschiedenfarbige Minitonnen zur Verfügung, jedoch fehlten klare Informationen zur korrekten Entsorgung der jeweiligen Abfallarten. Nachdem Katzen die Mülltonnen zweimal über unseren Eingang und die Treppe heruntergestoßen hatten, haben wir diese mit schweren Steinen gesichert. Für unseren 14-tägigen Aufenthalt hatten wir einen Wechsel von Bettwäsche und Handtüchern...
