Lovely big rooms, very comfortable, pleasant staff
Our room was on the front and traffic noise was present most of the time.

It was extremely well though out. Tra, coffee, sweeteners , oat milk sachets, biscuits, sparkling and still waters, new hairdryer (which I bought when home as it was so good). Everything was new, so we got the best of it. It looked a little old-fashioned and dark, but that's how a lot of people have their homes here we noticed! Check-in was a bit slow as we had to wait in the bar. A new entrance and self check in are being done. Even the builders were considerate when we checked out! The brand new shower and towels were great. Parking was easy although the hitel.is on a busy road and sometimes you got the traffic noise. The smart TV was excellent too. I hope the heating is good in the winter because it was a little cold when we arrived, but rads needed bleeding possibly. I would rather have been in Hebden Bridge Centre, but not possible. I hope guests respect the rooms as they are as they really are great at the moment!
The road noise and the pub itself wasn't one I'd have used.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The accommodation was excellent. Overall it was very good value for money. This was an overnight stop on a brief visit to friends in the area - and our only disappointment was that we didn't have enough time to sample the excellent selection of beers available in the bar.
