The video explanation on where the keys were kept. It was to the point and had all necessary details.
That there was no shower or toilet near the bedrooms. Had to come downstairs during the night to use the toilet. Car parking could have been provided on the space right next to the house.

Great location with a lots of stores and restaurants around.
In few min walk it was buses and pick up tour buses .
The owner was really helpful and very quick response of any questions
The water in the bathroom smelled weird

This apartment is absolutely gorgeous. A beautifully decorated icelandic style home, in the centre of Reykjavik old town. Close to the main shopping street and the sights. It is comfortable and a great base for both relaxing and experiencing Reykjavik
I wish I had spent more nights in this lovely home. Be aware that there are steep steps up to the front door and up to the bedrooms.

Good location, plenty of room
Steeply slanted ceilings made getting in and out of bed difficult. The bathroom was downstairs and on the opposite side of the house, making a long and difficult trip to use the bathroom during the night. No kitchen oven mitts. Only 3 paper towels available on arrival and no replacements. Broken handles on cabinets and drawers. VERY steep stairs into the dwelling, then more very steep stairs to the 2nd floor. We decided it was too dangerous to attempt taking suitcases up and later down those stairs, so left our suitcases in the dining area. Though we notified the management that we would be arriving early and they said we might be able to get in early, when we got there we were told we'd have to wait until 3pm / 15hrs to enter the premises. And they had no place to store luggage. So we were left to drag luggage around the streets of Reykjavik while seeking a place we could at least have some coffee and a snack. Plus needing to occupy ourselves for 9 hours. Fortunately this was shortened to 7 hours when we eventually received a notification that we could get into the dwelling at 1pm. There was no microwave, and the oven didn't work, so we had a tough time heating up leftovers from restaurants.
