El dueño Alfonso. Una persona agradable y competente, cercana y dispuesta en todo momento a ayudarnos.En relación a la ubicación es una zona tranquila que dispone de una terraza lateral con vistas al mar, con servicios de supermercado y restauración (Ifornio Pastana) tipico de Salerno y Pepe Nero Restaurante también en Pastana y playa cercana para disfrutar del mar. Aunque alejada de la zona centro, esta muy bien comunicada con una parada cercana de acceso a autobús público por donde pasan varias líneas que dirigen al centro de la ciudad, a estación central de ferrocarril, estación de buses interurbanos (Sita) y el puerto de ferris, ese fue el desplazamiento que usamos
El estar distante de esos sitios descritos para ir andando ya que están distantes, aunque como ya he comentado si se puede ir por los medios descritos. Seria interesante que el alojamiento contara con un mocio para la limpieza del suelo.

The owner was waiting for us and welcomed, tell us every relevant informations. The appartment is well dotated, some minor missig like not enough glasses for 8 peaple but nothing serious
The elevator was a little bit freeky, but at least it was there. In one of the bathrooms, water was leaking under the sink, and the shower tap was broken.

Dobra lokalizacja, przestronne czyste pomieszczenia ,nowocześnie wykończone winda w budynku. Gospodarz budynku zawsze slużył swoja pomocą

Firstly what a lovely host!
Alfonso met us at the apartment on our arrival and gave us a lovely welcome, directions and advice. During the stay I also queried a few points and a prompt response was received.
The apartment is on the 5th floor with sea views on the side.
Excellent for a larger family or three couples with the three bathrooms and spacious dining area.
Air con throughout and we could not fault it.
The apartment is in the middle of a residential area, supermarket, restaurants and bank all close by. Trains and buses too
Salerno in my opinion is not a touristy resort so you dont get the airbeds, blow up pool items in shops on the front but you do get authentic Italian shops, excellent coffee and a sense you’re in real Italy.
Restaurants serve regional foods, amazing seafood and there is a lovely seafront restaurant across the road (Pepe Nero) you won’t or we didnt find the typical lasagna on the menu which was a relief. Try something new!!
Great Japanese food in the noodle bar just up the road too.
Beach is a Sandy mix but the waters are clear and felt safe for kids.
The port for day trips is a short bus ride and 20 euros buys you a return to Amalfi, 45 euros for Capri and Vietre sul mare is also a must ( bus 1.30 euros each way)
